Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • It must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The original packaging and any protective wrapping should be intact.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return or refund.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel or customized items may be non-returnable unless faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

Return & Refund Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the eligible period. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) and include the RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Exchanges & Damaged/Incorrect Items

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been altered, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items not in their original condition, missing tags, or without original packaging.
