Glamourais currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your items are delivered safely. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are 7 to 15 business days after order processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs procedures (for international orders), or incorrect address information.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations & Costs

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your items. The final shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Glamourais is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We cannot predict or control these charges. Incomplete Deliveries & Lost Packages
